Media Permission Form
Moon Area School District publishes photos of students in newsletters, calendars, yearbooks, handbooks, brochures and other printed publications. The district also publishes photos electronically (via website), in press relases, on the district Facebook and Twitter, and in video productions. In addition, the local media will photograph or videotape students.
If you do not submit a form to the Public Relations office, Moon Area School District has your permission to use your child's photo or video for the media purposes outlined above. Thank you.
