Early Dismissal for High School Students ONLY - 5/22 and 5/23
There will be an early dismissal at 12:17 p.m. for Moon Area High School students only on Wednesday, May 22, and Thursday, May 23 due to senior project presentations. Bus transportation will be provided for students.

Approves Proposed Final Budget
At the Board of Education meeting on May 13, Moon Area School District school directors approved a proposed 2013-14 final budget totaling $63,672,136 that contains no property tax increase. Final approval is tentatively slated for June 24.

Moon Area Used Instrument Drive
The Moon Area music department is having a used instrument drive throughout the summer months. These instruments include any band or orchestra instrument (no pianos or guitars). Used instruments that are donated will be given to Moon Area schools. Donations are tax deductible and can be dropped off at the Moon Area Middle School main office. For more info, click here.
